Deus Ex, Why is the game so hard on the easiest (Tell me a story) difficulty? I pre-ordered the game, I’ve had it since release. I’m still on the first mission. Game director Jean-Francois Dugas says:

“We did balance the game in such way that it encourages you to be tactical in your approach to situations. We also did conduct playtests to see if the game was a fair challenge and the results we obtained managed to confirm that. So, I’m sorry that you’re having a hard time.”
